Five-year warranty against manufacturing defects
Handrail components are covered by a five-year warranty against manufacturing defects, with liability limited to replacement. If you encounter any issues, please contact us and provide photos for evaluation.
How we handle your information
We are dedicated to protecting your privacy while you visit our website. Just as we expect our personal information to be used solely for purchasing purposes, we treat our customers the same way.
We do not share or sell customer information. We only collect the details necessary to inform you about our products and process your orders. Rest assured, we do not take or retain any credit card information, payment processing is handled securely by our credit card processor.

Accuracy and Pricing
This website may contain technical inaccuracies or typographical errors. If an item is incorrectly priced, we reserve the right to cancel any order, even if it has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If this occurs, we will promptly issue a credit to your account for the amount charged. Prices do not include shipping, handling, or applicable sales taxes, which will be added during the checkout process.
Order Agreement
By placing an order, you agree to pay the purchase price, shipping and handling fees, and any applicable sales taxes. You certify that the credit card information you provide is true, accurate, and complete.
Risk of Loss
All items are sold under a shipment contract. Ownership and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
